Pujol has consistently ranked high on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list and is considered one of the best restaurants in Latin America. Olvera expanded his presence in NY with Cosme and ATLA but also in LA with Damian, Detroit and soon with a new ATLA address, in Venice. He is involved in various culinary ventures in Mexico. He has also been featured in documentaries and TV shows and has authored several books promoting Mexican cuisine. Additionally, Olvera has played a significant role in promoting Mexico as a top culinary destination through initiatives like Mesamérica.
